  • Be focused, precision-driven

  • Steady predictable, consistent, and persistent

  • Evaluate the concrete mix

  • Operate and maintain concrete curb machine

Responsibilities:

  • Morning Arrival: The curb machine is prepared for operation

  • During Production:

    • The crew is informed about the concrete mixture status

    • Concrete curbs are straight and need minimal finishing

    • Effective manual labor is carried out when not curbing

  • End of the Day:

    • The curb machine is maintained and cleaned

    • Jobsite housekeeping is completed
